Meet Bill Olson
I encountered the Alexander Technique while I was a student at Williams College. I was immediately struck by the both subtle and far reaching effects the Technique had on me. Since that time, I have employed it in all my creative endeavors (as an actor, director, videographer and juggler) and my every day life.
I have now been involved with the Technique for over twenty-five years, and have worked with hundreds of people to bring them fuller awareness of how they use themselves and how they can better take care of themselves. I have been a certified teacher and member of AmSAT since 2001.
